CONSTRUCTION MANAGMENT
LINCOLN-LARIMER COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER – PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA

The Lincoln Larimer Community Service Center is $7.5 million, 56,000 square feet, three-story building sponsored by the Kingsley Association. The project consists of three core elements that when combined, will provide a multi-purpose venue for community-based services and programming. The three elements are an indoor regulation size gymnasium, twenty-five meter indoor swimming pool, and a three-story office tower that will house program areas including a community accessible computer technology laboratory, classrooms, and other activity spaces.

In addition to providing approximately 23,500 square feet of lease space for compatible uses, the center will house the local district magistrate office, medical facilitates, and Kingsley Association executive offices. CentreVision provided on-site construction supervision.(View Project Sheet)

 
ONE HOPE SQUARE – PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA

2145 CENTRE – PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA
Welcome to the Centre Avenue Renaissance. 2145 Centre is a three-story mixed-use facility located along the Centre Avenue Corridor. This structure will be completely restored to its original state over a nine-month period with Ebony Development, acting as the developer, project manager. The structure will house two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom, complete with wall-to-wall carpeting, ceramic tile, fully equipped kitchen, central heating and cooling, and a security system. The first level will house commercial/office space. This structure’s façade will be restored to its original historical splendor. 2145 Centre is just one of many new developments along the Centre Avenue Corridor, to include the Lou Mason Low-rise, the Storefront Suites, and more. All these development connecting Downtown to all points East….
 
YWCA WOMENS’ TRANSITION HOUSING – WILKINSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA
This social endeavor included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the Womens’ Transitional housing facility at the YWCA Wilkinsburg. This $303,000 renovation project provided the YWCA with a like-new facility complete with modernized housing units, bathrooms, and a new roof. (View Project Sheet)
URBAN DESIGN, PLANNING
KUNTU REPERTORY THEATRE – PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA

Created to showcase the works of African-American writers such as Rob Penny (Playwright-in-Residence), Kuntu Repertory Theatre was founded in 1974 by Dr. Vernell A. Lillie, a University of Pittsburgh Associate Professor. As a part of Kuntu’s 2001 strategic plan to institutionalize Kuntu and its programmatic and academic services; CentreVision Design Group was commissioned to provide a Physical Development Feasibility Study to assess availability and sustainability of a permanent facility. The Physical Development Feasibility Study analyzes various sites as future permanent facility solutions for Kuntu’s academic and programmatic components.
