As a full service design, planning, and construction group affiliated with a full service real estate development firm, we are engaged by for-profit and non-profit entities, to conceptualize, design, and construct commercial, industrial, and residential development projects. CentreVision offers its clients services such as: feasibility studies, site selection, master planning/site planning, pre-planning through construction documentation, interior design/interior finish selection, furniture layout, construction management, and other architectural services.

Design-Build
CentreVision offers our clients a one-stop design-build service. As a multi-disciplined design, planning, and interior design firm which provide its clients with design, planning, and construction services. We conduct:

• feasibility studies
• site selection
• master planning/site planning
• pre-planning through construction documentation
• interior design/interior finish selection
• strategic facility planning
• space planning and interior construction bid documents

Construction Management
Our construction management division has a unique and comprehensive strategy to all of our projects. We utilize advanced methods and procedures during all of the project phases. From initial inception of the schematic phase to design development, construction documentation, bidding, construction phase and take over of the facility we work as a TEAM with the owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors. Our goal is to achieve a seamless approach between the architect and their consultants to subcontractors and their suppliers.

General Contractors
Our General Contracting group provides new construction and renovation services. A general contractor is defined as such if it is the signatory as the builder of the prime construction contract for the project. A general contractor is responsible for the means and methods to be used in the construction execution of the project

Urban Designers, Master Planning
Preceding all construction projects are master plans, site plan, and/or land use plan. Our urban planning department is committed to creating sustainable plans. Understanding construction trends and best practices, with our partners our value to clients includes our in-depth understanding of the physical, economic, environmental, and social impact of plans.
